Said PCO died due to Massive Pulmonary Embolism that was caused by the inhalation of pure decontamination solution that he used while decontaminating at the Doffing area at the Ultra Quarantine Facility, Pasig City on May 24, 2020 at about 8:45 PM after conducting Triage inside the “Red Zone” of the Quarantine Facility.

Said PNCO died while responding to a reported unidentified suspect armed with a pile locally known as “limbas’ and a hand grenade who runs amok on November 28, 2019 at about 11:20AM at InitaoCollege,Initao,Misamis Oriental, causing fear to the students as well as to the faculty.The grenade exploded from the hands of PSMS Magnowhen he fetched the said explosive to prevent more damage and injury to others causing serious physical injuries to him that caused his death.

Said PCO was killed while conducting hot pursuit operation for possible apprehension of the suspects to a reported shooting incident that transpired at Purok 4, Poblacion, Carmen, Cotabato on August 25, 2020.

Said PNCO was killed in Police Operation (KIPO) while conducting clearing operations in Brgy. Lilod Proper, Marawi City, Lanao del Sur on July 22, 2017 at 10:10 AM.

On July 14, 2019 at about 5:00AM, elements of CS 2nd PMFC together with 1st PMFC, 501st MC, 5RMFB, CSPIB and BRAVO COY 83rd 9ID PA, while conducting joint Intel-driven Operation at the vicinity of Brgy. Payak, Bato, Camarines Sur, encountered more or less 18 members of CTGs, firefight lasted about 20 minutes as a result PMSg Javier was wounded in action and was rush to nearest hospital for medical treatment but decleared DOA by Dra Belmonte MD.

Said PCO was killed during the implementation of GCQ on June 21, 2020 at about 9:45 PM along Unida Cor. Dimasalang St. Brgy. Baclaran, Parañaque City when theyflagged down a motorcycle that prompted the back rider to drew his firearm that resulted in the untimely death of the said PCO.
