Said PNCO was killed in an armed encounter when his team encountered ASG members led by Jihad Susukan a.k.a “IDANG“ while reinforcing to the BPAT members who were harassed at Brgy. Lower Binuang, Talipao, Sulu on June 22, 2018.

Said PNCO died while conducting a hot pursuit operation on April 2, 2019 at around 2:45 PM when an Implosive Device (IED) planted by the CNT’s exploded, at the mountainous area between Bauko and Tadia of Mountain Province.

On September 11, 2019, while the vehicles of former governor Amado Espino Jr of Province of Pangasinan crossingBarangayMagtaking, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, a group of assailants armed with high powered firearms ambushed the convoy.

PSSg Esguerra an Intel Operative of Infanta PS who was then providing route security to Former Governor Espino suffered gunshot wounds resulting to his instantaneous death.

Said PNCO was killed during a shooting incident at District III, Cauayan City, Isabela on January 29, 2018. Victim was previously designated as Intelligence Operative of Cauayan City and participated in different anti-Illegal Drugs Operations that resulted in the arrest and neutralization of the drug personalities.

Said PNCO was killed in an armed encounter against Aldy Mendez aka Allan and Mak-Mak Dela Cruz while his team is on the process of rescuing the kidnapped victim identified as Daiselyn P Popes on June 6, 2017 in Sta Rosa, Nueva Ecija.

Said PNCO was killed while conducting buy-bust operation on June 29, 2019 on or about 7:40AM along Pines St., Metro Manila Hills Sudb., Brgy. San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal against alias Kato.
